Our Inn has the perfect balance of comfort and convenience. We offer the comforts of home wrapped in a 5 Star TripAdvisor rated hotel. We offer competitive corporate rates, a Select Registry Rewards Program and a homemade breakfast made to fit your schedule.

We have ten private rooms in total ranging from Economy through Deluxe, all with private bathrooms. Each room offers a sitting area, free Wi-Fi, desk, satellite LED TV, DVD player, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, and robes.

The Ampersand is the business traveler’s home away from home. We are conveniently located between route 15 and route 206 in Newton and just minutes from routes 80, 15, 94 and 23; all within easy access when traveling to northern Morris, Warren and Sussex County areas.

Your employees can decompress from a stressful day with a private nature walk or cool off on our patio with a swim during the warmer months. We can accommodate small meetings at the Inn, as well as host catered luncheons and dinners for a corporate team.
